What is your MOQ?
50 pieces for stock items in stock colours, 200 pieces for custom logo or colour. Safety boots and power tools start at 100 pieces / 50 units respectively. Mixed SKUs can be combined to reach the MOQ.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Stock samples ship in 2–3 working days and are free — you cover the freight (usually $25–45 by DHL). Custom-logo samples take 7–10 days and are charged at the unit price plus a one-off setup fee, which is credited against your first order over 1,000 pieces.
What are your payment terms?
30% deposit and 70% before shipment by T/T. L/C at sight for orders over $30,000. PayPal and Alibaba Trade Assurance for sample and small orders. Prices are quoted FOB Shenzhen or Ningbo unless you ask for EXW or CIF.
Which certificates come with the goods?
Each shipment includes the CE declaration of conformity and the relevant test report (EN 397, EN 166, EN 388, EN ISO 20345). Notified-body certificates and ANSI test reports are available on request at no charge.
How long is production and shipping?
Stock items: 7 days. Custom logo: 15–20 days. Custom tooling: 30–35 days after sample approval. Sea freight to Europe takes 28–35 days, to the US 18–25 days; air freight 5–8 days. Full details on the shipping page.
Can you print our logo and pack in our cartons?
Yes — pad printing, silk screen, heat transfer and embossing, plus custom retail packaging. Artwork proof within 48 hours; you approve the physical sample before mass production. See OEM / ODM.
What if some units are defective?
Report within 30 days of arrival with photos and the carton numbers. Confirmed defects are replaced in the next shipment or credited. Our claim rate on PPE has stayed under 0.4% for three years.
