What to include in your enquiry

Samples
Stock samples are free, you cover freight (usually $25–45 by DHL). Send us your courier account number and the samples leave the same week.
Factory visit
Buyers are welcome at both sites. Give us a week’s notice and we will arrange the production walk-through, QC records and a meeting with the technical team.
