Standard terms for trade orders placed through this site or by email. Bespoke contracts and frame agreements take precedence where signed.
Quotations and orders
Prices are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise and are quoted FOB Shenzhen or Ningbo. An order is confirmed when we issue a proforma invoice and receive the deposit. Specifications are as stated on the proforma invoice and approved sample.
Payment
30% deposit, 70% before shipment by T/T, unless agreed otherwise in writing. L/C at sight for orders above $30,000. Banking charges outside China are for the buyer’s account.
Delivery
Lead times are estimates from deposit and artwork approval. Risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, port congestion or customs inspection.
Quality and claims
Goods are warranted against manufacturing defects as set out in our claims policy. Claims must be raised within 30 days of arrival with photographic evidence.
Intellectual property
Buyer-supplied logos and artwork remain the buyer’s property; the buyer warrants they hold the rights to use them. Our own designs, moulds and photography remain ours.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes are referred to the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration.
