How a private-label order runs
- Day 1 — you send the SKU, quantity and logo files. We confirm tooling cost and unit price within 24 hours.
- Day 2–3 — artwork proof on the actual product shape (PDF + 3D render for helmets).
- Day 7–10 — physical pre-production sample couriered to you.
- Day 15–20 — mass production, in-line QC every 2 hours, 100% final inspection.
- Day 20–21 — third-party inspection (SGS / BV / TÜV) if booked, then shipment.
