This notice explains what we collect from trade buyers and website visitors, why we collect it, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
- Enquiry and order data — company name, contact name, email, phone, shipping address, order history.
- Payment data — handled by our bank and payment providers. We do not store card numbers.
- Site data — IP address, browser, pages viewed, used for security and traffic measurement.
Why we use it
To quote, produce and ship your order; to provide documents for customs; to handle claims; to keep records required by law; and — only with consent — to send catalogue updates.
Who we share it with
Freight forwarders and couriers, testing laboratories, our accountant and, where required, customs authorities. We do not sell data.
Retention
Order and export documents are kept for seven years as required by Chinese tax and customs rules. Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, request correction, or ask for deletion where we are not legally required to keep it. Email sales@anazaya.com.
